He claims publically to be an 'independant authority' yet the rankings are based purely on who is willing to pay and how much. That is, by legal definition fraud. He'll do black seo technigues on your site like cloaking then bamm... your site's rank plummets to the depth of no return or is completely banned by Google. But Jeev(the trickster))still wants paid.
